BetterUp’s Client Delivery Director is an individual-contributor role responsible for end-to-end technical and operational delivery, post-sale client relationship management, governance, change management, risk and escalation handling, and cross-functional coordination for large enterprise clients. The role is open across the US and Toronto, expects hybrid attendance at hub offices (or fully remote if not near a hub), and requires travel (up to ~25% for hub employees, up to ~50% for fully remote).
