As Client Delivery Director (IC) you will lead end-to-end technical and operational delivery of the BetterUp platform for strategic enterprise clients across EMEA. Responsibilities include client relationship management, governance and reporting, change and communications management, cross-functional delivery leadership, and risk/escalation management. Requires 10+ years of software/service delivery experience, 5+ years leading enterprise SaaS deployments, strong executive communication and program/project management skills, and willingness to travel 20–40%.
