Lead Acquia's Technology Alliance Partnerships program end-to-end: set strategy across ISV, DAM, platform, OEM, and content-creator partners; manage strategic partnerships (including AWS); build OEM business models; execute joint GTM plans and pipeline generation; and hire, coach, and grow a team while working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales.

The Partner Operations & AI Automation Manager will own end-to-end partner operations, map and improve partner-facing processes, and design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows. The role requires hands-on technical fluency with Salesforce and Jira, experience with automation tooling and AI best practices (prompt design, grounding, validation), and cross-functional project leadership for initiatives like a Partner Portal rebuild.
