The Role

Join Veeva as a Team Manager and Country Lead in Poland, combining SaaS Managed Services delivery with local leadership. You will lead a high-performing team of consultants and act as the primary cultural and administrative representative for Veeva in Poland.

This position is fully remote in Poland, requiring up to 15% of time for business travel across EMEA.

What You’ll Do

Lead the hiring and people management strategy for our Managed Services team in Poland, aligning compensation, market knowledge, and local labor laws with the Veeva standards. Directly manage a high-performing team of experts and managers by ensuring accurate resource planning, capacity management, and individual performance management. Collaborate closely with other Professional Services and Managed Services teams to drive operational synergy. Engage directly with customers and serve as the escalation and delivery lead on selected strategic accounts.

Requirements

10+ years of overall professional IT consulting experience, including recent employment at a global consulting or software company. 5+ years of direct experience managing a billable consulting or services team of at least 30 people within the local market. Strong, proven track record of hiring and scaling professional teams in Poland or Central Europe. Clear and practical understanding of the Polish tech market and Polish labor law. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Based in or around Poznan, Lodz, Warsaw, Krakow, or Wroclaw.

Prior experience living, studying, or working outside of Poland.

Compensation

Total compensation: 240,000 - 380,000 PLN The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
