About the Role:
The Senior Governance, Risk, and Compliance Specialist is tasked with providing assurance and automation of CrowdStrike’s global compliance program. The primary
function will involve leading audit and compliance functions in relation to CrowdStrike’s applicable frameworks, external attestations and certifications, and internal audits.
What You'll Do:
The ideal candidate will be up to the challenge of understanding current processes and proactively searching for ways to improve CrowdStrike’s information security program.
In addition, this role will build scalable automation solutions that integrate controls across our systems and processes. This role covers audit and compliance processes in
the context of security, privacy and other enterprise-wide operational areas such as:
Leading internal and external compliance audits/assessments by independent third party auditors.
Developing custom integrations between internal systems to communicate or transfer applicable information
Identify and create new automation capabilities to streamline audit program
Performing other duties within the scope of governance, risk, and compliance, as required.
What You’ll Need:
Practical experience or familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27701, and ISO/IEC 42001.
Functional experience with assuring compliance programs, and a level of comfort with effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in scripting languages (i.e., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Experience with workflow automation and orchestration tools
At least 5 years job-related experience, or a BA or BS / MA or MS degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Math, Information Security, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Information Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or other related field with at least 3 years experience.
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Bonus Points:
Program and project management experience in scoping, work break-down, critical path analysis, resourcing, managing time estimates, project risks, and quality.
Ability to think strategically about risks and tie those risks to tactical organizational activities.
Experience with cloud environments and CrowdStrike’s products or services.
Experience with modern AI toolsets either for programming or in the compliance space.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
