About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Sr. Account Partner / Account Partner Director, Professional Services — Manufacturing

The Account Partner owns the Professional Services relationship for a portfolio of Salesforce's most strategic manufacturing accounts. This is a quota-carrying, bookings-driven role: you will drive PS pipeline growth, shape engagement strategy, and close services deals while ensuring customer goals stay tightly aligned with Salesforce PS offerings — including AI and agentic transformation initiatives. You will partner across License Sales, Customer Success, Solution/Delivery, and executive leadership to deliver a coordinated "One Salesforce" approach, and you will be measured primarily on PS portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own bookings and pipeline growth on assigned strategic accounts — driving deal strategy, forecasting, and closing to hit quota.

Lead and coordinate the end-to-end customer relationship, acting as the connective tissue between the Customer, License Sales, Solution/Delivery, and Customer Success teams.

Build executive credibility with customer senior business and IT stakeholders to shape transformation strategy - influencing and aligning on ambitious digital and AI/agentic initiatives, not just reacting to them.

Drive the identification, qualification, and closure of Professional Services opportunities including implementation and advisory engagements.

Coordinate across License Sales, Product/Solution, and Customer Success teams — driving alignment through influence and relationship strength without formal authority — to run unified account pursuits.

Proactively spot risk across active engagements and partner with delivery leadership to ensure successful project execution, customer satisfaction, and on-time/on-budget delivery.

Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts, deepening the Salesforce footprint and growing services revenue.

Represent the voice of the customer internally, advocating for resources, prioritization, and solutions that drive customer success.

Maintain a strong, current understanding of manufacturing industry trends, Salesforce platform capabilities (including AI, Data Cloud, and Agentforce), and how they apply to customer business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Experience leading agentic/AI, customer experience, digitization, or sales/service/marketing transformation pursuits, with a bias towards rapid delivery of outcomes using AI-driven approaches. Salesforce platform experience preferred.

Experience selling and/or delivering Professional Services in a Salesforce ecosystem or Global System Integrator (GSI) environment.

Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and strategic services seller — driving new engagements and expanding existing customer relationships, with a track record of exceeding bookings/quota targets.

Strong sales process discipline: forecasting rigor, deal progression, and executive-level client engagement.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate across sales, delivery, product, and customer success teams in a matrixed environment — driving alignment through influence rather than authority.

Help customers chart digital and agentic/AI transformation roadmaps, with credibility on emerging technology — not just delivery process.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with executive presence appropriate for engagement with senior leaders.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior delivery and hands-on consulting experience with the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Industry Clouds, MuleSoft, Tableau, Data Cloud) - beyond just selling it.

Experience driving thought leadership engagements that build market presence.

Executive presence with a track record of engaging and influencing senior business and IT leaders.

Manufacturing or industrial domain expertise.
