The Role
Shift your career from external consulting to vendor-side ownership. Go-live is only the baseline. Working directly for the software vendor means you own the long-term technical strategy and drive continuous platform evolution with direct access to the R&D engineers who write the code.
In this strategic, advisory-led role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert for Life Sciences leaders, ranging from emerging biotechs to global Top 20 Pharma. Focusing on either Veeva Clinical Operations or Veeva Regulatory,, you will lead complex platform architecture, drive legacy-to-cloud change management, and directly influence future product roadmaps from within our expanding CEE hub of 60+ consultants across Poland and Hungary supported by Veeva’s global network of 8,000+ professionals.
What You'll Do
Act as the primary expert designing and executing complex platform configurations, custom workflows, object lifecycles, and system enhancements across Clinical or Regulatory Vault platforms
Guide enterprise clients through migrations from legacy, on-premise systems to modern SaaS platforms, applying structured change management to accelerate adoption and minimize operational risk
Partner with client IT leadership on post-implementation programs, leading discussions on technical trade-offs, negotiating compromises, and aligning complex business needs with standard platform capabilities
Collaborate directly with internal Veeva Product Management and R&D engineering teams, using your implementation experience to provide direct product feedback and shape future software releases
Provide technical mentorship, configuration reviews, and architectural guidance to junior consultants and project team members across the regional hub
Requirements
8+ years of experience implementing, supporting, or administering core business and IT operations technology solutions, combining strategic business advisory with hands-on software configuration (ideally Enterprise Content Management / ECM solutions)
Proven technical leadership and influential experience leading project teams, negotiating complex compromises, and guiding senior stakeholders through difficult technical decisions
Prior experience with Veeva Vault, enterprise CRM platforms, or cloud architectures in regulated industries
Applied change management expertise, with a track record of driving client adoption when migrating from legacy/on-premise software to cloud SaaS platforms
Mentorship experience, with a demonstrated background in coaching and developing junior consultants or technical team members
Problem-solving agility and strong analytical skills, paired with fluent written and spoken English communication
Physical residence in Poland with full legal authorization to work locally (employment visa sponsorship is not available)

Compensation
Total compensation: 18,000,000 - 33,000,000 HUF
The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
