About the Team:
The Web team sits within Growth Marketing and is responsible for turning Employ's web ecosystem into a high-performing growth engine. It owns the strategy, performance, and optimization of the Lever, JazzHR, Jobvite, and Employ websites, ensuring they effectively attract, engage, and convert buyers while driving measurable pipeline impact. This team is particularly focused on two critical areas of growth: conversion rate optimization
(CRO) and AI-driven discoverability. Through continuous testing, experimentation, user experience improvements, SEO, GEO, and emerging AI search strategies, the Web team helps ensure our brands are easy to find, easy to understand, and designed to convert in an increasingly AI-powered buying landscape.

Performance & Analytics: Define and track key web KPIs (traffic quality, engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution) and use these insights to drive ongoing decisions.
Web Development Oversight: Oversee development and technical execution, ensuring the site is functioning well, scalable, and aligned with modern best practices.
What You'll Bring:
Experience: 7+ years in web strategy, growth, or digital experience roles within B2B SaaS or tech. (HR tech experience is a plus!)
