The Role
Join Veeva’s journey on building the industry cloud for life sciences. We are bringing to market a modern cloud solution designed to optimize laboratories with increased efficiency and productivity by streamlining processes. Join the team that will partner with our customers to implement one of Veeva’s newest products in Quality Cloud - Veeva LIMS.
Passionate about bringing disruptive technology to customers and have novel ideas for successful GxP software implementation? This role will allow you to help our clients to drive new product adoption through successful implementations.
This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. For a candidate this is a customer-facing role and we have no work location requirement, if you are in close proximity to an airport and able to meet future travel requirements.

What You’ll Do
Participate in projects at life sciences companies designing and deploying Quality & Manufacturing applications
Conduct Workshops, Collaborate with QA, business, and IT teams on activities to related to requirements gathering, and Process design modeling of the Veeva Qualitysuite
Gather and translate business requirements into detailed user stories or functional specifications (where applicable), and documentation (e.g., Workflow diagram, User Stories or FS, etc.).
Quality/Content management solution design, prototyping and documentation
Leverage enablement of out-of-the-box or best practices approach to solution strategy
Contribute to sprint planning and Agile methodology to drive continuous delivery.
Represent Professional Services across multiple engagements and workstreams (e.g., solution design and configuration, data migration, systems integration, etc.)
Ensure customer success from the beginning to the end of the engagement life cycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Life science, computer science, or related degree
- 5+ years as a Business / Functional Analyst with Veeva eQMS application in a regulated life sciences/pharma environment
- Strong understanding of Veeva eQMS, with a particular focus on Deviation, Change Control, Lab Investigations (OOS/OOT), Audits and SQM processes
- Hands-on experience with Veeva tasks (e.g., Process configuration, user management, metadata, workflows).
- Solid analytical and great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to act with speed to understand business requirements and willingness to "roll up your sleeves" to design and implement a solution
