Job Description
- Provide functional support for SAP PP and QM processes.
- Analyse and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Handle configuration changes, minor enhancements and continuous improvements.
- Support testing, documentation and deployment of changes.
- Work with business users to understand issues and provide practical solutions.
- Collaborate with other SAP functional and technical teams on cross-module topics.
- Support root cause analysis for recurring issues.
Qualifications
- Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP PP/QM Consultant.
- Hands-on experience with SAP PP/QM configuration, implementation, and support.
