Job Description

  • Collect and structure Spain-specific supply business requirements from local stakeholders (procurement, warehouse, and store operations).
  • Assess Spain requirements against the validated Supply core model, flagging gaps or deviations for the Project Lead Supply to arbitrate.
  • Participate in and validate supply testing cycles for the Spain deployment, ensuring scenarios reflect real Spanish operations.
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for Spain business stakeholders on supply topics, reducing direct touchpoints for the Project Lead Supply.
  • Maintain Spain-specific supply process documentation and training materials aligned with the global template.
  • Escalate unresolved Spain Supply issues to the Project Lead Supply with sufficient context for rapid decision-making.
  • Accurate Requirements Capture: Spain-specific supply requirements documented clearly enough to support implementation partner build and testing activities.

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM), covering procurement, inventory management, and stock valuation.
  • SAP Retail Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Retail functionality, including store replenishment and retail-specific inventory processes.
  • Spain Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of Spain-specific supply chain, tax, and vendor compliance requirements.
  • S/4HANA Exposure: Prior exposure to an SAP S/4HANA implementation, ideally in a multi-country context
  • Clear communicator able to represent the needs to the Project Lead Supply concisely and with sufficient context.
  • Comfortable resolving routine issues independently to genuinely reduce the project lead's workload.
  • Flexible to shifting priorities as V1 cutover activities and V2 Spain deployment run in parallel.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
