Job Description
Anomali is looking for an energetic, self-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team! You will help lead the prospecting and qualifying efforts in-region, tied specifically to the Americas sales efforts. As a Sales Development Representative at Anomali, you will be a key contributor to the company’s growth and you will gain great insight into how the full sales-cycle works, exposure to high profile customers, a strong technical grounding in our product, and hands-on mentorship and training.

Responsibilities
  • Build and run outbound sequences (call, email, LinkedIn/social, video) against a defined Americas territory, using intent and firmographic data to prioritize accounts

  • Qualify inbound leads and outbound-sourced opportunities against Anomali's ICP and hand off sales-ready meetings to AEs

  • Use AI-assisted prospecting and sales engagement tools (e.g., Gong, Nooks, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Claude/ChatGPT) to work smarter, not just harder. We expect fluency with modern GTM tooling, not just activity volume

  • Complete Anomali's Threat Intelligence and Security Operations fundamentals training, plus ongoing sales enablement

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in Salesforce

  • Partner closely with Marketing and your assigned AE(s) to align on target accounts, messaging, and follow-up on campaigns/events

  • Track and report on your own conversion metrics (meetings booked, meetings held, meeting-to-opportunity rate) and adjust approach based on what's converting

Required Skills/Experience
o Prior outbound B2B, Enterprise Saas SDR/BDR quota-carrying experience required. Relevant cybersecurity product experience is also required.
o Knowledge of enterprise business organizational structures and buying influencers, with a proven ability to run structured, multi-touch outbound campaigns.
Comfortable with data: you know your own conversion metrics and use them to improve, not just to report. Solid history of performance.
o Career: passion for sales and technology - desire to ‘grow’ your sales career with a top-notch cybersecurity vendor and genuine curiosity in the product space.
o Coachability: able to listen and take training/feedback with a positive approach.
o Relationships: a team player and ability to “connect” with all individuals of a business including the ‘C-Suite’.
o Personality: outgoing, highly energetic, enthusiastic and a continuous improvement risk-taker who thrives in dynamic work climates.
o Work ethic: self-motivated and strong desire to learn concepts about your new role and industry in a fast-paced manner.
o Adaptability: open and eager to understand bleeding edge information, security concepts and approaches in a rapidly-changing environment.
o Communication style: clear, concise and effective communicator.
o Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (3yrs relevant professional experience).
o Experienced with AI-assisted prospecting and sales engagement tools (e.g., Gong, Nooks, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Claude/ChatGPT) to work smarter, not just harder. We expect fluency with modern GTM tooling, not just activity volume
o Plus: structured sales training and/or Salesforce.com experience
o This position is based in the Eastern US/Eastern or Central Time Zones highly preferred.
o This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. The successful candidate must not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship to work in the US.
