Program Coordinator – Medical Communications
Provide highly skilled, proactive project coordination support to assigned account teams and allocated projects to ensure efficient and effective project management. Deliver work within agreed priorities and timelines, maintaining the highest quality standards, staying within budget, and working with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include internal project tracking, liaising with clients and faculty on project setup and progression, maintaining internal and client databases, managing documentation, handling financial tracking, and supporting the team in proposal, budget, and pitch development.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate program timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
Manage publications and MedEd project tracking and reporting
Organize meetings, congress submissions, and logistics
Maintain documentation, dashboards, and status reports
Monitor budgets, risks, and issue resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Develop program updates, internal reports, and publication materials
Knowledge and Experience:
Project and team coordination experience
Experience in medical communications or publications project management
Expertise in publication/MedEd tracking tools (Datavision, iEnvision, PubStrat)
Experience with scientific journal and congress submissions (preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (e.g., Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related field)
