Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Production Artist with 4–7 years of experience in graphic design and print production. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prepare high-quality design assets for mass production. This role involves creating product designs and layouts, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

- Create designs and layouts for various products.
- Prepare and optimize design assets for mass production.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all design outputs.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in graphic design and print production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong creative, design, and layout skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and resourcefulness.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Working knowledge of English.
- Amenable to work 6AM
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with or interest in the journaling community.
- Experience using macOS.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and workflows.
