Parexel is hiring a Project Specialist (Project Management Assistant) to provide project-level support across planning, steady state and close-out phases for Latin America. Responsibilities include setting up tools per SOPs, reporting and analysis, and collating monthly project financial metrics. The role requires business-level fluency in English and strong MS Excel skills and is fully home-based in Mexico or Argentina.

Responsible for developing and negotiating study budgets per protocol, drafting/reviewing/negotiating confidentiality and clinical study agreements, coordinating execution and maintaining contract files/databases. Requires a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 1 year of relevant experience in clinical research contract drafting/management.

Deliver medical support and medical monitoring activities for clinical studies (including medical review of data, safety/serious adverse event review, medical input to PV workflows and regulatory safety reporting). Participate in study planning, protocol and study document development, training of study teams, audits/inspections, rotas for emergency medical contact, client engagement and support business development/proposal activities. Requires medical qualification, clinical practice experience, knowledge of GCP/ICH/FDA/EMEA guidelines and a minimum of 3 years' medical monitoring or medical data review experience.

Lead strategic customer engagements from planning through bring-up and handover, coordinating cross-functional teams (Solution Architects, Sales, OEM/SI partners, Operations) and providing executive updates, risk management, and technical guidance for AI/GPU infrastructure. Role requires 10+ years of relevant experience and up to 25% travel.

Manage regional and/or support global clinical trials end-to-end: serve as primary client contact, oversee vendors and functional services, manage study budgets and profitability, develop project plans with risk mitigation, ensure eTMF inspection readiness and quality management, lead project meetings and reporting. Requires degree in science/health-related field, 3+ years clinical research experience and experience leading projects (2+ years).

Lead the NVIS Knowledge Management program by defining strategy, governance, operating model, and roadmap; direct development of the Knowledge Base platform and promote organization-wide adoption. Requires 8+ years of relevant experience in program/knowledge management, expertise with KM or ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow), metrics and executive reporting, strong communication and influencing skills, and experience integrating AI-enabled knowledge workflows.

Lead a team of program/project managers delivering complex, enterprise-scale CRM and technology programs. Responsibilities include program governance, cross-functional alignment, Agile delivery, risk and budget management, executive stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and ensuring on-time/on-budget delivery of multi-workstream programs (50+ people). Minimum 15+ years’ experience with 5+ years leading multiple work streams and 10+ years in consulting; travel approximately 50%.

Lead the Legal department's operations lifecycle: evaluate and manage legal tech and AI tools, build dashboards and KPIs, map and improve workflows, manage outside counsel and e-billing, support budgeting and financial reporting, maintain knowledge management and training, and oversee compliance and administrative functions (board materials, foreign qualifications, equity plan administration). Requires 5+ years in legal operations or related field.

Lead the full HRIS platform migration lifecycle—discovery, planning, data migration, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare—partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance and vendors. Requires 5+ years of project management experience with at least one full-cycle HRIS implementation; hourly contract rate $41.57–$55.43 (United States).
