Director, Luxury Hospitality & Wellness Sales — Pilates Commercial
iFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.
We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Director, Luxury Hospitality & Wellness Sales — Pilates, remotely in the US.
iFIT is bringing its premium Pilates product line into the fastest-growing segment in commercial fitness — and we are looking for a leader to define what comes next. We are seeking a polished, well-connected Director of Luxury Hospitality & Wellness Sales to open and own an entirely new vertical for iFIT: high-end hotels, destination resorts, luxury spas, and elite wellness properties. This is a hunter role for someone who moves fluently in premium hospitality circles, understands the Pilates world from the inside, and has the sophistication and credibility to walk into a five-star spa director's office and close the opportunity.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Own and build the luxury hospitality vertical from the ground up — identifying, targeting, and closing high-value hotel, resort, and spa accounts across North America and key international markets.
- Establish iFIT Pilates as the preferred reformer solution for premium fitness and wellness amenities at four- and five-star properties, destination spas, and luxury resort brands.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of flagship accounts with the potential to serve as showcase installations and reference sites for iFIT's hospitality go-to-market strategy.
- Actively inform product roadmap and marketing strategy based on buyer needs, competitive moves, pricing feedback, and emerging trends.
- Build and nurture C-suite and VP-level relationships across leading hospitality brands, spa management groups, and wellness real estate developers.
- Represent iFIT at premier wellness, hospitality, and Pilates industry events — building brand presence and deal flow in the channels that matter most.
- Drive subscription-based sales models alongside hardware, ensuring successful adoption and sustained growth across the customer base.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and prioritize a target account list of luxury hotel groups, independent five-star properties, destination resorts, and spa management companies — with a clear thesis for why iFIT Pilates belongs in each.
- Drive growth across target verticals including boutique fitness, hospitality, multi-family, and corporate wellness; identify new markets and partnership opportunities to expand reach.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and site visits through proposal, negotiation, and installation coordination — with a strong bias for closing.
- Identify adjacent verticals within the wellness real estate space including luxury residential buildings, wellness-focused co-living developments, boutique fitness studios, and private clubs.
- Develop and execute vertical-specific sales playbooks for boutique Pilates studios, premium hospitality, and wellness properties, focused on ROI and how luxury fitness and spa amenities are purchased, budgeted, and operated.
- Secure premium placements of the full NordicTrack Ultra line — including the Ultra 1 Reformer and Ultra series treadmills — in key accounts and high-value markets.
- Create bespoke proposals and commercial packages tailored to hospitality buyers, including equipment configuration, iFIT membership integration, branded content experiences, and ongoing service support.
- Collaborate with Operations and Member Services to ensure white-glove installation, onboarding, and ongoing support standards that match the expectations of luxury hospitality partners.
- Maintain an accurate and detailed CRM pipeline, providing regular forecasting and account updates to Commercial and Finance leadership.
- Attend and represent iFIT at key industry events including ISPA, Hospitality Design Expo, boutique fitness summits, and major Pilates conferences.
- Identify and onboard distribution partners and channel relationships that increase market penetration in wellness and boutique segments.
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and sales incentives for partners and accounts to enhance profitability.
- Coordinate with wholesale and DTC sales leadership to align on channel strategy, account segmentation, and go-to-market consistency.
- Partner with Marketing and Product to develop channel-specific collateral, demo experiences, and event strategy that resonate with boutique and hospitality buyers.
- Work alongside the core Pilates team to develop and roll out Pilates education programs to complement sales goals.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Product to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.
