You are a solution seller by nature, training, and experience, who is genuinely curious and confident initiating conversations with new prospects. You're a persuasive, driven self-starter with a hunter mentality who thrives on building pipeline from scratch through cold outreach. You have experience running multi-channel outbound motions (phone, email, social), selling SaaS (ideally productivity solutions), and engaging mid-size to large enterprise companies across a variety of industries.
A majority of your time will be spent proactively opening doors: cold calling, running personalized email sequences, social selling on LinkedIn, and booking web conferences with prospects who haven't raised their hand yet. We expect high activity, an infectiously positive attitude, and the resilience to keep dialing when results aren't immediate. Our secret sauce is pairing relentless outbound effort with genuine value: helping people see how ClickUp solves real problems and stepping in to accelerate product-led growth.
The Role:
Run effective outbound prospecting campaigns including cold calls, cold emails, and social touches to generate new pipeline.
Build and manage targeted prospect lists, research accounts, and identify key decision-makers.
Represent our brand to customers at the start of their research journey.
Schedule appointments and demos for new logo acquisition and expansion across the existing customer base.
Serve as a product specialist on ClickUp products and services.
This is a hybrid position in Dublin, Ireland
Qualifications:
1-2 years relevant work experience in cold calling, outbound sales motions, or pipeline generation roles.
A proven track record of consistently hitting targets in previous jobs or extracurriculars.
You're a driven, resilient self-starter who thrives on picking up the phone and opening doors.
A good listener with a high degree of personal accountability in communicating cross-functionally and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
Customer empathy and genuine curiosity for prospects and their needs.
