REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience: 9 yearsas aSalesforce Business Analyst.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce business analysis, requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management.
- Must-have expertise in independently driving Discovery and Design Workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong experience translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, including workflows, reports, custom objects, validation rules, and configurable solutions.
- Experience managing Salesforce projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong experience creating and maintaining Salesforce solution documentation, including process flows, data models, requirements, and technical specifications.
- Strong ability to collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure key business processes and operational requirements are addressed.
- Experience developing and maintaining a requirements management strategy, including elicitation processes, documentation standards, review, and approval mechanisms.
- Strong understanding of backlog grooming, requirements prioritization, attributes, review, and approval processes.
- Experience monitoring project scope against SOW, identifying scope variances, and supporting change control processes.
- Good-to-have experience with JIRA or equivalent Agile project management tools.
- Good-to-have experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and structured problem-solving.
- Strong experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, project management, collaboration, written, and verbal communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Salesforce business analysis, discovery, and requirements gathering initiatives across business and technology teams.
- Independently drive Discovery and Design Workshops to understand business processes, pain points, requirements, and desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and configurable Salesforce solutions.
- Define and document Salesforce requirements covering workflows, reports, custom objects, validation rules, business processes, and data requirements.
- Manage Salesforce projects through requirements gathering, planning, execution, scope management, and delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive solution documentation, including process flows, data models, business requirements, and technical specifications.
- Work closely with design, development, QA, and technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into solutions.
- Establish and maintain a requirements management strategy, including elicitation, documentation, review, approval, and change management processes.
- Facilitate backlog grooming, requirement prioritization, refinement, and stakeholder approval activities.
- Monitor project scope against the SOW, identify scope deviations, and communicate required changes through the appropriate change control process.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify and resolve complex business and process issues, including RCA where required.
- Support Agile delivery ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide strong stakeholder communication and coordination throughout the Salesforce project lifecycle.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions address the most critical business operations, process requirements, and user needs.
- Maintain high-quality requirements and solution documentation to support implementation, testing, deployment, and future enhancements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
