Who We Are
Bitovi helps companies create better software and applications. We’re driven by the desire to provide value - to our clients, the technology community, and our incredible team.
Every day, we design and build a wide variety of high-profile applications. We discuss and design architectures, review code, and research new technologies. We talk to our clients directly, guiding them through the process, identifying potential problems and unknowns, and tackling challenges.
We help one another freely. We keep a Slack channel called ask-help, which is constantly used. We develop new skills, build better developer tools, and work on new types of projects regularly—and we take the time to present at conferences, give training, and run meetups. We’re huge open source devotees, and our developer community is second to none.
Our fully remote team consists of about 80 members located in the US, Canada, and other International locations. We welcome diversity and non-traditional paths into the developer profession—we want the right person, not the right collection of tech keywords.

Role Summary
We’re looking for a full-time AI Enablement Trainer and Engineer: a hands-on AI consultant who loves teaching. You’ll lead Bitovi’s AI Enablement trainings, often in person at client sites, and then roll up your sleeves to help those same clients put what they learned into practice by engineering the AI harnesses, workflows, and agentic capabilities that make their software delivery faster and better.
Prepackaged trainings are one of Bitovi’s AI Enablement's primary offerings. They're a low-friction way to get clients thinking about AI, and often the first step toward larger engagements, so every session you lead matters. You'll also help run Bitovi’s Internal training programs.
Your immediate job is to deliver excellent trainings and help clients implement what they learn. Your longer-term job is to make our training offering broader, easier to deliver, and always current with where AI tools are going, and to be one of the voices that keeps Bitovi ahead of the curve.
Who You Are
In your career so far, you've established:
A track record of leading in-person, hands-on technical trainings and workshops for engineering, product, design, and QA audiences, and reading the room well enough to adjust pace and depth on the fly.
Experience delivering trainings to large enterprise client audiences in a professional setting.
Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted software delivery tools and techniques (like Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, software factories, spec-driven development, etc) so you can demo them live, troubleshoot them in front of a class, and separate what works today from what's still hype.
Real engineering experience building with AI, not just using it: you’ve configured agents, built AI harnesses or tooling, and integrated AI capabilities into software delivery workflows.
Consulting instincts: you can move from teaching a room to working alongside a client team on their codebase, and you’re comfortable when the engagement shifts from “train us” to “help us build it.”
A genuine, ongoing obsession with where AI is heading. You’re the person reading Reddit threads, watching videos, and experimenting with new tools on your own time, because you want to, not because it’s assigned.
A touch of showmanship. You’re comfortable on stage, can hold a room’s attention, and enjoy presenting.
Familiarity with the software delivery life cycle (design, product, development, QA, and testing) and how AI changes each stage.
Experience building and maintaining curriculum: exercises, sample applications, slide decks, and the training environments learners work in.
Comfort setting up and supporting technical environments (repos, tooling, accounts, and prerequisites) so a room full of learners can get started quickly.
A habit of teaching others to teach, whether by mentoring new instructors, writing playbooks, or co-delivering until someone is ready to lead on their own.
The organization to own scheduling, logistics, materials, and feedback surveys without much oversight.
A genuine enjoyment of helping people grow, and the patience to meet learners wherever they're starting from.
What You’ll Do
Deliver Bitovi's prepackaged AI Enablement trainings on-site with client teams including both technical and non-technical attendees. Training sizes could be up to 100 attendees. Large trainings would have training supporters who are familiar with the content, and can help answer questions.
Make every session hands-on: live demos, guided exercises, and real problems learners can take back to their work.
Own each training's prerequisites and environment setup, and troubleshoot learners' setups during the session.
Handle scheduling and logistics for client trainings and recurring internal trainings.
Help clients implement what they learned in training: engineer AI harnesses, add AI capabilities to their agentic software delivery processes, and get their teams using AI effectively day to day.
Join client engagements as an AI enablement consultant even when there’s no training component, and serve as our go-to trainer when one comes up.
Advocate for AI enablement: research emerging tools and practices, share what you learn with the team, and make sure our approach and offerings stay current.
Between engagements, improve our training materials and Bitovi Academy content, and create public content like blog posts and YouTube videos.
Help develop internal training programs that get Bitovi teams up to speed quickly.
Spot follow-up opportunities during trainings and pass them to the practice owner and sales.
Keep content current as AI tools and best practices change, and retire material that no longer reflects how teams work.
Create and maintain the training surveys, then collect, analyze, and report on feedback.
Explore and develop new training formats and tracks to expand what we offer, and pilot new content before it joins the standard offering.
Train and support other consultants so they can deliver trainings independently.
Build instructor-facing docs and playbooks so onboarding a new instructor is straightforward.
Co-deliver with new instructors until they're ready to lead on their own.
Travel
This role requires regular travel to lead trainings in person at client sites and with internal teams. Expect frequent trips, depending on client demand. We'll plan training schedules well in advance and do our best to work around your schedule.
