Kentik is hiring a remote Customer Success Manager to own the end-to-end customer experience—onboarding through adoption, renewal, and growth—for assigned US accounts (must be based on the US East Coast and work EST hours). Requires 5+ years in Customer Success/Account Management, prior SaaS experience, high proficiency in Salesforce CRM and modern CS tools (Catalyst.io, Pendo, Looker), strong communication and emotional intelligence, and ability to travel up to 25%. Base salary range listed: $100,000–$120,000 (USD, annual).
