About Gridium remote jobs
Better Buildings for a Better World
At Gridium, we develop beautiful tools to help real estate teams reduce their energy use and improve their operations. We believe that everyone deserves to use great software, and that teams work best when talented people are empowered to take risks in a warm, collaborative environment.
AN ENVIRONMENT TO
Do your Best Work
Big challenges
We take in enormous amounts of data and use it to uncover meaningful patterns so that our customers, whether a corporate office campus or a downtown skyscraper, gain unprecedented insight into their energy use.
You’ll have your choice of interesting problems to work on, whether you’re most excited about delivering great user experiences, cracking hard analytic problems, or scaling up web services to millions of users.
Collaborative, flexible
At Gridium, do your best work alongside other smart, creative people. We’re a small, focused team where everyone takes ownership of the end result, and informal collaboration takes precedence over long meetings.
We share information freely at Gridium: company goals, financial metrics, planning sessions, you name it. We believe an open environment lets us make better decisions, faster.
Work remotely
We’re a distributed team, which means you can work wherever you work best, whether a home office, a co-working space, your mountain hideaway, a favorite coffee shop, or anywhere else.
Not everyone is comfortable working remotely – we understand! – but we’ve invested heavily in the tools and processes necessary to make distributed collaboration work. Maybe you want to be home every day when your kids get back from school. Or maybe you just prefer to stay close to your favorite mountain bike trail. Whatever the situation, if you’re a self-starter who craves flexibility, remote work might be for you.
Face time counts
Because sometimes face-to-face really is best, all Gridium employees get together once a quarter for three days of intensive planning, doing, eating, and socializing.
These get-togethers, affectionately called “Gridium Camp,” are highly productive and also a lot of fun. Past camps have brought us to Chicago, San Diego, Nashville, Denver, Charlotte and other great destinations. Partners and pets make frequent guest visits!
