
Senior Technical Support Engineer, Networking
Join as a Senior Network/Technical Support Engineer handling Tier 3 installs, support, and resolution of complex networking issues across data center, AI, storage and HPC environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting network protocols and equipment (L2/L3, OSPF, BGP, EVPN, VXLAN, etc.), automation with Ansible, Linux scripting, customer site visits, and developing internal support processes. Requires a B.Sc. or equivalent and 5+ years of hardware/software customer support experience with strong communication skills.
