
Manager, Learning and Development
The role partners with subject matter experts to assess training needs and design instructor-led, virtual and e-learning solutions across translational sciences, clinical operations, project management, data management and regulatory/compliance. Responsibilities include intake and triage of training requests, new hire role-specific onboarding coordination, management of learning platforms and maintenance of training documentation and curricula. Requires 4–6 years L&D experience supporting delivery teams, CRO experience preferred, and strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and clinical trial activities.
