Salary:
- PLN 8,000 - 13,000 net + VAT (B2B); or
- PLN 6,000 - 11,000 gross (UoP).
Requirements
Apply if you have/are:
- Client-facing work experience and you are willing to expand your account management skills & business acumen.
- 1+ year of end-2-end project coordination, PM support or delivery experience in IT services.
- Basic understanding or academic/internship exposure to Team Extension / bodyleasing operations.
- Solid theoretical knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and PM methodologies; familiarity with Scrum Master responsibilities and the Product Owner partnership concept (practical experience a plus, strong conceptual understanding a must).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (min. C1)andPolish (min. C1), as you will be using it on a daily basis.
- Sense of ownership and you demonstrate a can-do attitude by proactively seeking and developing innovative solutions to overcome challenges and mitigate risks.
- Practical knowledge of using AI agents in project management.
- Flawless communication skills - ability to provide clear, concise, and insightful information.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, both internal and external.
- Are a people person, care about people’s needs and wellbeing, and effectively build professional relationships with both developers and clients.
- Anticipate risks and blockers and ensure that projects progress smoothly.
- Are ready to question the status quo in order to improve processes and drive efficiency towards enhancing better time management and excellence in the projects.
What would be your duties?
- Learn to own project success on assigned engagements (Team Extension, smaller E2E) under a Mentor/Senior PM; reads and internalises contracts (MSA, SOW, NDA).
- Keep PM systems up to date (team & financial data); monitors the iron triangle (scope–budget–timeline).
- Co-facilitate then independently run Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-up, retro); on TE - 1:1s with engineers and delivery-quality monitoring.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management (acceptance criteria, priorities); maintains the Change Log in Confluence and documents change requests under SPM/DM supervision.
- Financial hygiene: weekly budget tracking (time logs, burn rate), margin monitoring, early risk flagging, support for month-end invoicing and re-forecasting under SPM guidance.
- Client communication & reporting (status calls, weekly reports, demos) with initial SPM backup; documents key decisions in writing.
- Develop technical fluency: reading API specs, joining technical discussions, basic architecture; expert-level Jira & Confluence; supports developer onboarding with Tech Leads.
- Track team metrics (velocity, QA defects, DoD/DoR compliance).
- Use AI tools daily across PM workflows (notes, summaries, drafting, data hygiene, sprint reporting).
- Monitor team satisfaction, organises syncs, runs monthly 1:1s from templates, coordinates absences and supports handovers during PM transitions.
