Lead large-scale cloud, infrastructure, DevOps and SRE programs with responsibility for wave-based planning, dependency and risk management, governance, reporting and cross-functional coordination. Requires strong stakeholder management and 7+ years' experience (with minimum 5+ years in technical program management) and ability to work in Spanish-speaking environments while communicating in English (B2).
