The Role
Are you a seasoned CRM expert who thrives in the "post-go-live" world? We are looking for a Post-Implementation Consultant to own the technical evolution of our clients' CRM ecosystems.
You will act as a dedicated technical lead for multiple live clients, translating complex business strategies into scalable technical configurations. You will manage a billable book of work, delivering professional services remotely while serving as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for ongoing application enhancement and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Technical Delivery:Lead the end-to-end configuration and deployment of enhancements across the CRM SuiteTechnical Architect: Ensuring all deliverables meet architectural best practices and client timelines
Solution Design:Translate business requests into technical design and functional specificationsClient Leadership:Serve as a "Trusted Advisor" to client stakeholders, providing proactive recommendations on system optimizationPerformance Accountability: Maintain high monthly utilization targets by efficiently managing a portfolio of multiple clients in a shared-dedicated capacity
Release Management:Conduct impact assessments for product releases, advising clients on how new features will interact within their product footprintRoot Cause Analysis:Address technical escalations, identifying architectural gaps and implementing configuration fixes
Requirements
3+ Years of Billable Consulting:Proven experience in a client-facing professional services or managed services role. You must have experience managing client expectations, project scope, and billable hoursHands-on Technical Depth:3+ years of direct experience building and configuring CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Veeva). You must be comfortable with complex security models, validation rules, flow automation, and deployment lifecyclesSovereign Delivery:Ability to work autonomously in a remote capacity, managing multiple client workstreams simultaneously without constant oversightCommunication Mastery:Exceptional ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders via email, presentations, and live workshops
Nice to Have
Life Sciences Expertise:Direct experience working within the Life Sciences or Healthcare vertical, with an understanding of the unique compliance and operational needs of these organizationsVeeva CRM/Vault Certification:Current certifications in Veeva CRM or the Veeva Vault platformTechnical Architecture Exposure:Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, or data integration tools

Compensation
- Base pay: $70,000 - $140,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
