
Executive Search Lead - Technology
Role to develop and run search strategy for senior technology hires across EMEA, coach senior leadership on sourcing and interviewing, drive talent analytics using SQL or Python, conduct in-depth behavioural interviews, and promote inclusive hiring practices. Requires experience headhunting/sourcing senior talent in Technology, familiarity with psychometric assessments, proficiency with SQL or Python and LinkedIn talent tools. Remote (EMEA) with periodic travel to company events.
