What your day could consist of:
- Leading Teams: Guide 1-2 cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, driving collaboration and aligning efforts to company-wide goals.
- Building Automation & AI Capabilities: Develop and launch new platform features that enhance automation, data integration, and AI-driven insights, further differentiating ActiveCampaign in the market.
- Customer-Centric Problem Solving: Engage with customers to understand their business challenges, leveraging automation, data, and AI to provide impactful, scalable solutions.
- Experimentation & Data Insights: Work with data and analytics teams to define KPIs, run experiments, and measure product performance, ensuring features are continuously improved.
- Collaborating Across Teams: Partner with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product development and successful launches.
- Strategic Product Planning: Work with other product leaders to develop long-term product roadmaps and prioritize features that enhance ActiveCampaign’s core platform and automation capabilities.
- Competitive Analysis & Market Trends: Monitor industry trends in automation, data, and AI, providing competitive analysis to ensure our platform remains ahead of the curve.

What is needed:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on platform or B2B SaaS products; marketing or adjacent SaaS preferred.
- Expertise in automation, data platforms, and AI-driven product development.
- Experience managing 1-2 teams through the planning and execution of complex product initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and experience building business cases and developing hypotheses for platform product features.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to work cross-functionally and align teams toward shared goals.
- A passion for building innovative products that empower customers to leverage data and AI to drive their success.
