What your day could consist of:
- Define and communicate the overarching product growth strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Partner closely with GTM teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, empowering them to fully own their respective areas.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Work closely with Commercial Director, Franchise Sales and guide the team in building and scaling the ACHQ franchise product, ensuring it meets the unique needs of franchise customers.
- Work closely with VP, Partner Growth to align on partner growth strategy, defining roadmap and levers to unlock new revenue streams.
- Work closely with the Pricing and Packaging leader to uncover pricing and packaging strategies that drive growth and are aligned with customer and market expectations.
- Develop a clear view of the self-serve funnel in collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, and customer leadership.
- Establish success metrics across all focus areas and ensure the team tracks performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Use data, market research, and customer feedback to inform strategies and prioritize investments.
What is needed:
- 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success driving growth-focused initiatives in areas such as partner platforms, billing/monetization, or PLG experimentation.
- Experience partnering with GTM teams to deliver high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to set and align teams around a clear vision.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
