Join the CX Platform team to design, implement, and operate core systems powering Hopper's post-booking journey (changes, disruptions, refunds, and support). Work includes building scalable APIs, microservices, event-driven orchestration, integrations with telephony/CRM/identity/booking systems, and contributing to conversational AI and agent tooling. Requires 6+ years experience in large-scale distributed or customer-facing systems and strong full-stack capability.
