
Principal Engineer, AI Data Infrastructure
Lead the technical direction for production-grade AI data services powering vector search, knowledge bases, hybrid retrieval, context/agent memory, and graph-based data infrastructure. Responsibilities include architecture for indexing, storage, sharding, replication, caching, query execution and reranking; building reliable, scalable managed services with observability and SLOs; cross-team collaboration and mentorship. Requires deep experience in distributed systems, search/database internals, embedding/indexing pipelines, cloud-native tooling (Kubernetes, IaC), and backend languages such as Go/Java/C++/Rust/Python.
