
UKG Ready Specialist - Contract
Hands-on contractor responsible for auditing and optimizing Pindrop’s UKG Ready implementation (Core HR, Onboarding, Time & Attendance, Reporting, Benefits). Duties include system configuration, workflow automation, data integrity remediation, integrations with payroll/benefits/Finance/IT, reporting/dashboard builds, documentation, and knowledge transfer. Requires 4+ years of UKG Ready ownership and experience improving under-configured instances.
