The Strategic Communication Designer will work with consultants, strategists, designers, and business leaders to find the story, structure messages, and create presentations, frameworks, diagrams, and assets that clarify complex business, product, and technology ideas. The role emphasizes storytelling, information design, executive communication, reusable templates/frameworks, and the use of AI to accelerate research and communication workflows.

Create and produce visual stories and assets across visual design, motion, video, social, events, campaigns, and digital experiences for enterprise and B2B contexts. Partner with designers, consultants, and growth teams to develop concepts, motion graphics, short-form video, and reusable creative systems and templates. Requires strong editorial instincts, visual craft, and experience translating complex technology and business ideas into engaging visuals.

Hands-on senior designer role responsible for end-to-end web design, conversion-focused UX, and a reusable AI-driven design system across web, lifecycle email, social, and brand. Requires 5+ years of web/digital design experience and fluency with Figma and AI design tools (e.g., Claude Design, Figma AI, Nano Banana Pro).

Owner of Primer’s brand expression across web, campaigns, product marketing, social, events and sales collateral. The role requires end-to-end brand work from concept to shipped output, strong craft in typography, layout and visual systems, and experience building or extending brand systems—preferably in technical or B2B contexts such as fintech/payments.
