
Business Development Representative - Inbound
Netguru is hiring an inbound Business Development Representative or Client Partner based in Poland to qualify marketing-generated leads and run full end-to-end sales cycles for mid-market and selected enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include discovery, solutioning, proposals, negotiation, collaboration with presales and delivery teams, CRM and pipeline management. Required: 3-5 years (BDR) or 5+ years (Client Partner) in business development or consultative sales within IT/services, plus English and Polish (C1+).
