
Strategic Partner Manager
The Strategic Partner Manager oversees operational performance of third-party technical support vendors, driving improvements across KPIs, SLAs, quality, and productivity. The role partners with vendor leadership and internal teams (Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Support Operations) to manage escalations, readiness, process documentation, and data-driven reporting.
