
Supportability Engineer 3
Twilio is hiring a Supportability Engineer to act as the technical voice of the customer, embedding supportability requirements into the Product Development Lifecycle, analyzing support data to influence R&D, specifying proactive features (error messages, diagnostics), and orchestrating global operations readiness. Requires 5+ years in technical support/product operations/technical account management or engineering with experience on APIs, SaaS or telecommunications and familiarity with data tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Snowflake, SQL or Tableau.
