The Customer Experience Engineer (Technical) is a remote, post-sales technical SME responsible for designing and delivering 1:many technical enablement (webinars, workshops), creating structured PoC frameworks and reusable demo assets, producing advanced technical content, and serving as an escalation point for non-support architectural questions. Requires 5+ years in solutions engineering/DevOps/platform roles and strong hands-on expertise with Docker, containers, secure software supply chain practices, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures.
