Own the full customer cycle for small accounts (<300 seats) across Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Google Cloud and AWS including qualification, pricing, quoting, negotiation, closing and renewals. Support renewals across the wider customer base, prepare commercial paperwork (quotes, order forms, NDAs, SOWs), collaborate with vendors (Google, AWS, JumpCloud), and assist Sales with presales, packaging and proposals. Remote role covering Europe/UK; requires Czech or Slovak plus English and 2+ years commercial/account-management experience.
