At Coforge, we are looking for a Workforce & Resource Deployment Analyst (#22192) with the following profile.
Main Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end resource deployment processes, aligning workforce availability with project demands
• Maintain and update resource allocation and project assignments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Oversee bench management, tracking available talent and proactively identifying placement opportunities
• Monitor demand pipelines, focusing on client needs both locally in Peru and internationally
• Collaborate with delivery, talent acquisition, and finance teams to ensure workforce visibility and alignment
• Ensure adherence to workforce management processes, standards, and governance frameworks
• Generate reports and dashboards on resource utilization, bench status, and demand coverage
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of workforce management best practices
Required Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in workforce management, resource planning, or similar roles within IT services or nearshoring environments
• Strong understanding of demand management and staffing dynamics in client-facing environments
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher), both written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive approach
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
• Experience working in multinational or cross-border IT services environments
• Familiarity with resource and project management concepts in SAP-driven environments
• Knowledge of workforce management tools beyond SAP (e.g., resource management platforms, BI tools)
• Experience supporting organizational change or process standardization initiatives
