About the Role:
The Sr. Manager, Operational & Productivity Strategy and Assessment sits within the Revenue Enablement organization and plays a critical role in shaping and evaluating the effectiveness of enablement programs across the go-to-market (GTM) ecosystem. This role focuses on translating enablement efforts into measurable business outcomes by correlating program performance with targeted field behaviors, productivity improvements, and revenue impact.
You will partner cross-functionally with Revenue Enablement and stakeholder groups of Sales, Alliances, Customer Success, Technical Sales, HR and Operations leaders to define strategic priorities, assess program effectiveness, evaluate skill attainment impact to productivity to ensure enablement investments are directly aligned to GTM objectives. This role is instrumental in demonstrating the value of enablement by connecting learning, content, and program execution to observable behavior change and business performance. You will help establish a data-driven culture within enablement, ensuring decisions are guided by insights and measurable impact.
As a strategic leader, you will continuously evolve how success is defined and measured, driving accountability and optimization across enablement initiatives to maximize field productivity and revenue outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute a strategy to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and their impact on field productivity and behavior change
Partner with enablement, sales, and operations leaders to define success metrics tied to business outcomes and targeted behaviors
Build frameworks to correlate enablement activities (training, content, programs) with performance improvements
Analyze data across multiple systems to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization
Translate insights into actionable recommendations that influence strategic decisions and program investments
Establish reporting mechanisms and dashboards to communicate impact to executive and senior leadership
Continuously refine measurement approaches to ensure alignment with evolving business priorities
Guide the Revenue Enablement team on priorities and refinements in programs, courses and workshops to maximize investment and GTM productivity.
What You’ll Need:
8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, or enablement within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
Proven ability to design and implement measurement frameworks that tie programs to business outcomes
Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, storytelling, and executive-level communication
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, enablement, and operations teams
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment on strategic priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Bonus Points:
Experience in sales enablement or revenue operations within a cybersecurity or SaaS company
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, or other BI/analytics platforms
Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
