Senior Technical Program Manager
For more than 25 years, NVIDIA has redefined computer graphics, video game development, and enhanced processing capabilities. Today, we're leading the next era of AI, building the platforms that power intelligent applications, robotics, autonomous systems, and the world's most advanced computing infrastructure.
The Analytics & Data Intelligence (ADI) team develops the GPU-accelerated data analytics and AI software that enables enterprises to process extensive structured and unstructured datasets at unprecedented speed. Our open-source technologies—including cuDF, cuML, cuVS, and cuOpt—are helping define the future of data science, vector search, and agentic AI. We're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager who thrives at the intersection of engineering, execution, and technical strategy. If you enjoy partnering with engineers, improving how teams build software, and driving complex technical programs from planning through delivery, you'll have the opportunity to shape some of NVIDIA's most influential open-source AI and data platforms.
What you'll be doing:
Own planning and execution for NVIDIA's GPU-accelerated data science and data processing libraries, building integrated roadmaps that balance long-term strategy, near-term priorities, and engineering capacity while defining program scope, milestones, success metrics, and execution plans.
Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, marketing, go-to-market teams, and the open-source community, managing dependencies, aligning stakeholders, tracking software readiness, resolving risks early, and ensuring predictable, high-quality releases.
Lead software release, security, and compliance programs while continuously improving development processes, tooling, and delivery practices to increase velocity, quality, collaboration, and predictability.
Build and maintain significant program metrics that measure release health, quality, delivery performance, adoption, and overall program success, using data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field—or equivalent experience.
8+ years of technical program management experience leading complex software initiatives in data science, data processing, accelerated computing, high-dimensional search, self-directed AI, or closely related domains.
Strong technical foundation with previous experience as an engineer, data scientist, or highly technical program leader, along with deep familiarity with open-source software development, the PyData ecosystem, GitHub, and GitHub-based engineering workflows.
Proven ability to lead multiple business-critical programs simultaneously, influence across organizations without direct authority, communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences, and consistently deliver high-quality software in fast-moving environments.
A self-directed, adaptable leader who takes ownership, solves problems proactively, and drives results with minimal oversight.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Hands-on experience with Python, C++, data science, or GPU-accelerated computing.
Experience with vector search, agentic workflows, semantic search, text-to-SQL, intelligent query execution, or workload routing.
A track record of improving engineering processes, delivery systems, and program metrics to make organizations more scalable and predictable.
Experience partnering with research organizations to translate experimental work into production-ready software and successful customer outcomes.
