Job Summary
We are looking for an entry-level Project Support Associate to provide administrative and operational support to Medical Writing teams. This role involves coordinating project documentation, supporting document development, and assisting with day-to-day project activities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Organize, track, and archive project documents
Support Medical Writers with project-related tasks and client communications
Maintain project files, trackers, and documentation systems
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record/distribute minutes
Assist in document preparation, QC support, and submission activities
Support SharePoint setup and document management processes
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Client-focused and flexible approach
Ability to handle confidential information
Experience & Education
Basic administrative or coordination experience preferred
Knowledge of MS Office and general office practices
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Life Sciences/Health Sciences or related field)
