Technical Support Engineer – Bilingual English/Spanish – Remote (Mexico)
Tenable is hiring a Technical Support Engineer based in Mexico (remote) to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues for vulnerability assessment and compliance auditing products. Requires fluency in English and Spanish, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 2+ years' professional experience with networking (TCP/IP), Linux/Unix, macOS, Windows administration, patch deployment, and system configuration. Experience with Nessus, SIEM tools, ticketing systems, virtualization, databases/SQL, and familiarity with AI/LLMs is noted as relevant/optional. Role involves supporting US Eastern/LATAM hours and occasional weekends or holidays.
