As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will:
- Leverage AI and automation to scale enablement efforts, reducing manual content creation and improving efficiency.
- Utilize AI-driven tools to provide real-time insights and automated content generation for sales teams.
- Build and manage chat agents that assist sales teams in creating briefing docs, pitch decks, and competitive battle cards.
- Orchestrate sales enablement programs by designing workflows that streamline onboarding, product knowledge transfer, and ongoing training.
- Partner with Product Marketing to create AI-assisted sales collateral that aligns with key messaging and positioning.
- Develop AI-powered coaching solutions to provide sales reps with real-time feedback and learning recommendations.
- Analyze and iterate on enablement strategies using data-driven insights to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
What you bring to the table:
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or related fields, with a strong focus on leveraging AI and technology to scale enablement efforts.
- Experience with sales tech stacks including AI-driven sales enablement tools, ZoomInfo, Vivid, and co-pilots.
- Strong technical acumen, particularly in using AI to automate sales workflows and content generation.
- A deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies and how to enhance them through automation.
- Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration, working with Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations to drive scalable enablement programs.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience measuring the impact of enablement initiatives and optimizing for efficiency.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, distributed environment, with a track record of delivering scalable enablement solutions.

- Content Management: Highspot – AI-enhanced sales enablement content recommendations.
- Learning Management: Lessonly by Seismic – AI-driven learning paths and coaching.
- Forecasting: Clari – AI-powered sales forecasting and pipeline analytics for sales leadership.
- Account-Based Marketing: 6Sense – AI-driven intent data and account targeting.
- Account Planning: People.ai – AI-based revenue intelligence and account activity tracking.
- RevOps Team Project Management: Asana – AI-powered task automation and workflow optimization.
