The Director of Lifecycle Growth and Revenue will play a key role in driving growth as part of the ActiveCampaign revenue and performance team. You will develop, implement, and optimize our lifecycle strategies to drive upgrade and expansion revenue, and retention. This team is responsible for our conversion and revenue strategies in the post-trial phases inclusive of retention. This team will develop and activate a multi-touch strategy across marketing channels, in-application, and direct with sales and customer success teams. You will drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment with marketing, product growth, sales, and customer success teams to develop and implement innovative lifecycle strategies that improve conversion rates and drive revenue expansion through the post-trial funnel.
What your day could consist of:
- Drive cross-functional partnership and collaboration to ensure lifecycle strategies are developed, implemented, and meet business objectives on a continuous basis
- Work in direct partnership with brand creative, product marketing, and other growth teams to drive continuous optimizations and best in class customer experience across all lifecycle programs and activations
- Directly lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of lifecycle revenue marketers
- Enhance personalized and localized lifecycle experiences to improve the customer experience and drive growth inclusive of personas, geos, and segments
- Advance the strategy, roadmaps, testing plans, and outcomes for all lifecycle programs
- Develop the lifecycle team targets and measurement requirements in direct partnership with marketing analytics, marketing leadership, and finance teams - fully aligning to our annual and quarterly plans
- Drive a deep sense of urgency and accountability in driving growth and retention through these customer lifecycle phases
What is needed:
- 12+ Years in Marketing and/or related field with the majority of time in growth or revenue marketing, with 8+ years in people leadership
- SaaS Experience
- Global experience preferred
- MarTech or adjacent industry experience preferred
- Direct experience with a high-performing PLG motion is required
- Superb communications skills across all mediums, and all levels of the organization
- Success in planning, developing, and executing testing plans and comprehensive revenue growth strategies
- Drive a mentality of continuous optimization, growth, and performance throughout the team and cross-functionally
