We are searching for a dedicated and knowledgeable bilingual (French/English) Atlassian License Specialist to join our team as part of our Atlassian Solution Partner program, with a primary focus on license sales.
About You
Experience Level: Senior
As an Atlassian License Specialist, you will be responsible for driving license sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring clients have the right Atlassian solutions to meet their needs.
Your role will involve expertly guiding clients through their licensing options and providing tailored recommendations to optimize their software investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end licensing process, including but not limited to initial application purchases, renewals, modifications, and cancellations.
 - Serve as the primary point of contact for the internal Sales team to prepare, review, and submit customer license estimates, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
 - Build and nurture strong customer and Atlassian relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for all matters related to Atlassian licensing.
 - Conduct thorough assessments of customers' Atlassian software needs, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional licenses, products, and third-party Marketplace applications.
 - Expertly explain the features, benefits, and value propositions of various Atlassian products and licenses to clients.
 - Collaborate closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies to promote Atlassian license offerings.
 - Prepare and deliver compelling license proposals and presentations tailored to customers' specific business needs and goals.
 - Stay informed about the latest updates and changes in the Atlassian product landscape, ensuring accurate and up-to-date knowledge of available licenses.
 - Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, licenses, and sales activities within our CRM system.
 - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth license acquisition process.
 - Participate in industry events, webinars, and other promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive license sales.
 
Qualifications:
- Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal
 - Proven track record in software sales, preferably with experience in selling Atlassian licenses or related technology solutions.
 - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and influence purchasing decisions.
 - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
 - Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build lasting relationships with customers.
 - Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
 - Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
 - Adept at identifying customer pain points and offering tailored solutions to address them.
