The 1Password Revenue Operations team is committed to building and maintaining an efficient go to market engine across people, process, and platforms. Join our team as a Revenue Operations Analyst supporting stakeholders across multiple cross-functional teams at 1Password in the EMEA region.
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented contributor who will focus on mitigating risks and finding improvement opportunities within complex transactions. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales and operations teams to streamline and optimize the deal process, ensuring that pricing, contracts, and other deal-related activities are handled efficiently and in alignment with company goals.
Additionally, the role will Identify opportunities for process improvements across GTM operations, helping to drive efficiencies and enhance overall business performance. You'll drive strategic growth and be responsible for documenting business requirements and scoping root causes of issues. You will drive solutions that help our team and processes scale to support evolving business needs. The right person for this job brings a team player approach, excels at problem solving through critical analysis, and embraces process review and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations with day-to-day oversight by the Manager GTM Strategy, Planning and Revenue Operations (EMEA), the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the work of the Revenue team through the use of the technology stack at 1Password.
This is a remote opportunity within the UK.
What we're looking for:
- 4-5 years of sales operations experience in an individual contributor capacity, demonstrated ability in pricing strategy, sales financial analysis, or experience in a similar role - preferably at a SaaS company
- Analytical background with strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail and process
- Deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ and an ability to resolve common errors on cross-objects within Salesforce
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work collaboratively alongside our sales teams, managing & prioritizing competing demands
- Ability to work cross functionally with finance, legal, and billing engineers to translate our processes, and adapt or evolve the deal desk function
- Desire to build relationships and capable of explaining concepts clearly and credibly across all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle conflict and navigate discussions to productive outcomes
- You possess an analytical mindset with a mature skillset focused on extracting & analyzing data from Salesforce.
- Required: Salesforce related experience and/or documented training certification.
- Collaborate with global teams to understand their operational needs and strategies
- Ensure consistent use of sales technologies and adherence to best practices
What you can expect:
- Review complex deals alongside the GTM team providing guidance on optimal deal structures
- Identify risks and opportunities within deals, renewals and our pricing structures, and influence the deal with your recommendations
- Accurately processing orders using Salesforce and ensuring deals include all required information and are ready to be invoiced by Finance in a timely manner
- Provisioning all SPO/PO orders in back office
- Ensure alignment between Salesforce and Back Office to ensure that the Salesforce contract matches our back office billing record
- Partners with Deal Desk and systems teams to facilitate process and system improvements to deal desk operations and overall opportunity closure process
- Partner with Deal Desk team to perform enablement and other special projects related to Quote to Cash
- Monitor the Revenue Operations Slack channel to provide assistance and advice on deal desk and quote to cash related questions
- Collaborate with the team to tackle RevOps Cases in the Salesforce queue (churn, data updates related to the deal process, etc)
- Work closely with billing engineers, finance, and legal to ensure that our processes are aligned
- Support the integration of acquired companies into the 1Password organization by coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning business processes to achieve operational synergies
- Working in partnership with the Manager GTM Strategy, Planning and Revenue Operations to support the GTM process and create consistency across all pipeline generating teams.
- Support the Systems team with prioritization of large scale updates and process changes affecting the Revenue team.
- Identify areas of improvement and collaborate to identify solutions to streamline and automate data and processes
- Champion CRM data hygiene across leads, accounts and opportunities.
- Maintain reporting and dashboards to bring visibility to actionable insights.
We believe in the power of remote work, but we also recognize that some in-person connection with team members and customers is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, occasional travel for in-person engagement will be a part of this role. This may include but is not limited to bi-annual department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events will typically be held in varying locations across EMEA, Canada and/or the USA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
