The successful candidate will be dedicated to developing and closing new business and growing existing business. The ability to work in a team-oriented environment is essential in order to position highly strategic sales to our hospital and agency clients. Presentation, communication, and closing skills are essential to be successful in this role. 

How you’ll make an impact 

  • Prospect, build pipeline, and sell to new and current customers (hospitals, health systems and other healthcare organizations) our provider marketplace solution to drive new patient acquisition
  • Develop the strategies needed to help marketing, strategy teams and agencies make informed decisions through a consultative sales approach 
  • Utilize forecasting and business analytical skills to take advantage of opportunities and to expand relationships 
  • Build relationships with healthcare marketing decision-makers
  • Develop and pitch client proposals and opportunities
  • Work closely with Client Success to ensure advertising campaigns performance metrics are met/exceeded
  • Exceed sales quota for assigned territory 

What we’re looking for 

  • Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent required
  • 4-6 years sales experience selling to healthcare marketing
  • Experience selling into the ASC space
  • Proven history of building successful relationships with marketers in hospitals, ASCs, and other healthcare organizations
  • C-suite presentation and consultative sales skills; someone with a demonstrated track record of building durable relationships with Senior-level executives at both client and AOR
  • Ability to travel to clients 

 

Compensation

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of salary + bonus + equity. Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.
