Articulate is seeking a Creative Operations Specialist who demonstrates exceptional proficiency in orchestrating and optimizing creative workflows across the organization. As an integral member of our creative team, you'll collaborate with designers, marketers, and copywriters, to establish and maintain efficient operational frameworks for marketing collateral development, campaign asset production, digital media coordination, content management systems, project timeline governance, resource allocation, quality assurance protocols, and other critical functions that ensure the seamless execution of our brand communications strategy.
The Creative Operations Specialist will report to the Manager, Creative Operations and will play a critical role in leading the successful delivery of creative projects, with a focus on brand design, while also supporting creative operational initiatives. In addition to managing design projects, the candidate will work closely with the Manager, Creative Operations to support and contribute to the overall creative operations strategy. This may include implementing process improvements, developing operational workflows, and optimizing project management systems to enhance efficiency and productivity within the creative team.

What You'll Do:
- Project Planning and Strategy:
- Collaborate with the Creative Operations Manager to develop project strategies, timelines, and streamlined workflows for brand and product design projects & initiatives.
- Independently manage mid-scope projects from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with team goals and timelines.
- Project Monitoring and Communication:
- Monitor project progress, and identify and coordinate with the creative operations manager to mitigate any potential risks or issues that may impact the quality or timeline of deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment on project objectives and outcomes.
- Lead regular project status meetings, providing updates on progress, addressing challenges, and making adjustments as needed.
- External Relationship Management:
- Assist in managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners involved in project execution.
- Documentation and Evaluation:
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation for easy reference.
- Contribute to project retrospectives by tracking key milestones and identifying opportunities for future improvements.
- Team Citizenship:
- Play an instrumental role in shaping our processes and workflows, fostering a culture of collaboration, feedback, and openness. Partner closely with various teams to bring exceptional work to fruition.
- Share industry trends, insights, and best practices to elevate the team's collective expertise.
- Cultivate strong relationships within the team and across departments to drive alignment and shared success.
- Work closely with fellow team members within product design and brand creative departments to uphold a collaborative work atmosphere, fostering creativity, innovation, and excellence in project delivery.
What You Should Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Design, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the SaaS industry
- Demonstrated experience in managing creative projects, preferably within a software or technology company
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Slack, Trello, and Notion
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Adaptable, flexible, and capable of responding to change in projects and processes.
- Familiarity with product design processes, UX/UI principles, and design thinking methodologies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and design excellence
- A compassionate doer who seeks to improve our processes and regularly works to identify areas to maximize team efficiency
- Great team player, highly self-motivated. Ability to collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and engineers

$70,400 - $105,600 a year
The pay range for this position is $70,400 to $105,600 for all US locations. Articulate takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
