Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced sales representative who is skilled in B2B sales and will be laser focused on continuing our double-digit growth.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new business and upsell goals.
- New Business Sales: Respond to inquiries from prospective clients via phone and email, building rapport and providing information to guide their decision-making process and increase new business.
- Upgrades and Upselling: Educate current and prospective customers on enhanced features and payment processing that creates more value for the customer.
- Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations, to better understand the customers’ needs, and determine if DSP is the best solution for their business.
- Diligently document prospect information and communications appropriately in Salesforce.
- Travel to represent DSP and industry tradeshows (3-4 times per year)
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience, B2B success is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to learn new software solutions
- Working knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management Systems)
- Knowledge and passion for the dance industry
- Ability to explain complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
- Success-driven, works well in a team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.

Salary Range Disclosure
The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
Salary Range
US Remote: $50,000-$55,000 USD per year + commission OTE $85,000
